Church of San Giovanni Battista

The Church of S. Giovanni Battista is located in the charming hamlet of Olia Speciosa. The church, a large structure with modern architectural forms, is set within a large and well-kept garden.

The interior features a spacious nave; above the simple altar is a long and colorful mosaic by Delitala, while the walls are enriched by numerous statues.

To the right of the altar, you can also find the Great Christ of Castiadas, an enormous crucifix (over 6 meters high) donated to the parish by two German tourists.
