Kastià

Kastià was born in Sardinia in the Land of Castiadas, where the turquoise and emerald sea rich in posidonia meets the finest sands and reflects dense, lush vegetation with its mountains of rocks sculpted by wind and rain.

From the fragrances, flavors, and colors of this land, the Park of Castiadas produces Kastià, a noble wine from noble vineyards, music to man’s passion for this land and music of this land to man’s love.

The natural setting where the vineyards that produce Kastià grapes are nestled is extraordinary, being surrounded by woods of Mediterranean plant species, located near the sea, from which rich breezes come, and sheltered from cold northern winds by the mountains behind that rise a thousand meters, creating an exceptional microclimate for vine cultivation.

The sandy soil derived from granite decomposition, the continuous care of the vineyards, the pruning of vines to limit production to no more than 50 quintals per hectare, hand harvesting using small ventilated containers to keep the grape berries intact, and immediate pressing allow us to obtain a healthy product that requires no corrective intervention in the cellar.

The wines thus obtained, subjected to continuous analysis by the Regional Chemical Laboratory of Cagliari, prove to be perfect from a biochemical and health perspective as well as pleasant to the palate.
